Reception’s Cat!

This half term we had a visit from Cat’s Protection. We found out lots of information about how to care for a pet cat. We decided we wanted a cat for our Home Corner and so using what we learnt we wrote a list of things we would need to buy before we could adopt a cat. Shortly after we received a letter from Cat’s Protection explaining they had found the ‘purrfect’ cat for us. We looked at his picture and agreed he was the one for us so after a cat name competition we decided to call him Tom. We added his arrival to our calendar and eagerly awaited his arrival. We are delighted to announce that Tom arrived this week and has settled well into his new home!
