Skip 2 B Fit!
We had a great day on Thursday taking part in Skip2bFit . We were taught how to skip properly, then we completed the skipping challenge to see how many times we could skip in 2 minutes. It was definitely harder than it sounds! We know how important exercise is to keep your heart healthy and strong.
We also had an athletics session with Mr Williams. Theo managed to jump just under 2 metres in standing long jump and he won the skipping challenge . Great work Theo!
