This week, in Willow Class, we continued to look at natural disasters with our focus on floods.  We now know that a flood is an overflow of water that submerges land that is usually dry. We also found out where and why we experience floods in the UK. We located the 8 main locations of flooding using grid referencing in an  Atlas.

We also tested our fitness in PE by looking at different components of fitness: speed, stamina and balance. We timed a number of activities and hope to beat these times next week!

On Tuesday, some of the boys in our class represented our school at a local football tournament. They worked well as a team, demonstrated great skills and did Willow Class and the school proud. Well done boys!
