What a lovely first week!
We have had a lovely first week in Year 5 and it has been lovely to see how well the children work together. In Maths, we completed a Maths hunt and the children had to work with a partner to had to answer the questions (they were all past year 4 questions). Children enjoyed moving around the room to work out which answers were correct. In English, we uncovered some artefacts in order to ask questions about who they might have belonged to. We made predictions based on the questions and thoughts that we had. The children have worked so hard this week and should be really proud of themselves for a great first week back!
